Tin Making Facility :

At our factory we have capacity for making more than 5000 tins of 15 Kg/Litre per day.

We also do job work for making tins i.e. converting the supplied tin plates on job charges basis which currently for a 15 kg tin is Rs. 6.50 per tin + applicable taxes. The conversion table for various gauges based on tata tin plate. We do the job work on the following basis, based on standard sizes of the tin plates. Additional work like stencil printing, Etc. are open for negotiation.

Refining Job Work :

From end of June 2008 we will be ready in all respect to udertake job work for refining work for refining of edible oils.

  1. In respect of Rice Bran we can provide refining job work on average of 40 tons per day for oil quality FFA max 3½% and we are capable for giving the refined oil thru the process of "Enzymatic Degumming + Dewaxing".

Additionally we are in position to supply "The Refined Oil" with further value addition i.e. Winterization i.e. so that the saturates which in the cold weather found to be floating or at the bottom duly settled is also reduced and for this we can also provide packaging facility for packing it in tins / pouches / bottles.

  1. In respect of Palm Oil also we are in position to provide refining job at 75 M/T per day including packing to the extent of 60 tins per day in 15 kilo tins.

Interesterified Fat :

This is a new product for eastern India. The starting point for this process job work would be blend of refined oils with compulsory use of Sesamese (Til) Oil at 3-5%.

The product i.e. the Interesterified Fat basically is a combination of palm group of oils + PFA prescribed compulsory sesamese oil and other oil depending on the market parities could be Rice Bran oil / Soyabean oil, and in order to have a improved taste for the Palate Coconut oil can also be used.

Unlike Hydrogenated Vanaspati Interesterified Fat while will be of melting point max 41°C, however in contrast the "Trans Fatty Acid" a much talked about health point in respect of cooking medium will below i.e. Below 3% compared to more than 22% to 33% in Hydrogenated Vanaspati.

The product is highly in demand for bakery cookies, biscuits as in cookies fat is used upto 25%. Thus matter of transfat is of importance. Our capacity for this on per day basis is upto 60 tons per day and packing in 15 kilo tins / plastic bag in cartons.

Import Services:
We provide to actual users(industrial), buyera package of service wherein we undertake job as agents/service providers for rendering services like contracting, documentation, bridging creditability between buyer & shiper, receiving shipment, storage, accountability about shortage up to buyers' transportation, insurance while cargo is stored and for this package we charge a fee of about US$ 25 per MT (Rs.1000) basis. Delivery in full within 30 days of transit of cargo and subject to logistic cost for Tanks capacity / Duration (Minimum) after taking a cash margin at 10% on condition that buyer' will be responsible for payment towards CIF cost including foreign exchange fluctuation, customs duty etc.

Importation facility:

We also provide service of importation facilities to Shippers who agree to use our services in respect of documentation and custodianship of its cargo shipped to Indian importers. Here we will act under an agreement & contract between buyer, shipper & for the tank facility, storage facility provided for by the buyers we will work as custodian for shippers for rendering services of partial delivery, receiving of partial payment, making partial remittance from time to time. This service will include our taking 10% cash deposit from buyer with expenses and all costs payable by buyer. From time of contracting for this importation service we charge buyer US$ 5 per MT. These services we are providing for our industrial buyers who have their infrastructure at Ports but don't want to use Bank facilities on account of cost & conditions for financing involved or imposed by banks.
