A draw inspection is an assessment of a project to determine the appropriate amount of funds to be relinquished in order to complete the work outlined in the building plan. Not only can customers order and receive inspection reports and photos via the Web, TCL or XML, we also offer unlimited photo storage. Broker Price Opinion (BPO)

In order to professionally establish a fair market opinion of the property, our broker price opinion (BPO) reports evaluate subject properties based on current market conditions and information about the surrounding area. For homes under construction, our team provides “As Is” reporting and “At Completion” reporting. Customer service and attention to detail are emphasized and our BPO reports include multiple photos of the subject and comparable properties (active listings and comparable sales). Standard BPO report includes 3+3 comps. Premium BPO includes 6+6 comps.
