1. Tin making facility :
    Have in the same compound as that of the Refinery, the division consists automatic Tin making Plant and has capacity to make upto 6000 tins per day of 15 Kilos / ltrs along with 1500 small size tin containers for packing of 2-5 kgs Edible Oil / Vegetable Fats in 9200 sq ft i.e. 900 sq mts.
  2. Packaging Division :
    Is built over 14400 sq ft i.e. 1400 sq mts having facility for Pouch forming & filling and bottle filling plant for 2, 5 & 15 kgs/ltrs, besides a Cold Storage facility in respect of Interesterified Fats / Vanaspati.
  3. Refinery :
    1. Rice Bran Division - 18000 tons p.a. Enzymatic Degumming along with Retention tank + Vacuum Dryer + Dewaxing + 650 sq mts of Plate & Frame Filter (by M/s. Hydro Press, Coimbatore), + PLF + complete Bleaching Line & Deodorization (supplied & commissioned by M/s. Alfa Laval, Pune).
    2. Interestertification 33,000 p.a - Core Basic Plant for 100 tons p.d. i.e. Pretreatment & Reaction vessel (supplied & commissioned by M/s. Alfa Laval, Pune).
    3. Bleaching Line & Deodorization for 100 tons p.d. (supplied & commissioned by M/s. Mectech, New Delhi).
    4. Utilities for Refinery Division - (Total 150 T.P.D.) :
      1. Cold Storage - fabricated thru our in-house designing with plant from "LG - South Korea" 4 units & capable of storing 50 M/T each.
      2. Winterization / Fractionation - In-house designing developed with help of M/s. EFE Engineers with Chilling Plants from "Blue Star"
      3. Dewaxing Chrystalisers - Supplied & commissioned by M/s. Alfa Laval with chilling plant from "M/s. Voltas"
      4. Cooling Towers - Supplied & commissioned by "M/s. Paharpur"
      5. Weighbridge -
        1. 50 tons capacity by local manufacturer semi-automatic for weighment of coal, husk, etc.
        2. Electronic 50 tons capacity by "M/s. Essae, Japan".
      6. Boiler - 8 tons High Pressure Boiler capable of being run on Rice Husk / Coal / Petroleum Coke.
      7. Power Turbine - have own power generation plant capable of taking the full load of Refinery driven thru the high pressure boiler supplied by "M/s. IB Turbo" i.e. 600 KVA.
      8. Storage - For storing raw material & finished product company has total storage capacity of near 3000 tons in shape of 20 + M.S. Tanks of variuos sizes fitted with inter-transfer piping & plumbing + heating.
      9. Water Treatment - One unit of 4 tons per hour and 2nd unit for 8 tons per hour Reverse Osmosis from M/s. Thermax - Pune, and M/s. Ion Exchange - Hossur.
      10. Stand-by Power - Besides own Turbine capable of running 8200 hrs continuously, company has 2 units of 320 KVA generator make M/s. Cummins.

        11. Besides above company has as per rules & regulations full fire fighting facility + requisite Effluent Treatment plant and for social responsibility towards the villagers in the neighborhood supplies drinking water, and for maintaining the fire fighting system company has 4 units of large size ponds with more than 100 trees for flowers & fruits to keep the balancing about eco-friendliness and the facility for refining is eligible for carbon credit and is 1st in the region to have in-house testing facility for "fatty acid profile + transfat profile + water pesticides", i.e. under one roof.

  4. Project Expansion : Group is looking for immediate expansion for setting up Glycerine Refinery 10,000 tons p.a. buying Raw Glycerine from Bio-diesel makers and converting it to pharmaceutical grade.
  5. Further Group plans to put up a Bio-diesel plant 50,000 tons p.a. for which a technological tie-up is in hand and project is awaiting development of the raw material and it's tie-up.
  6. Group owns "Joka Marketing Complex" under panchyat Area, opposite IIM, Calcutta on D.H. Road and plans to undertake development of the same soon.
